Brad holds an MBA degree (Master’s of Business Administration) with a concentration in marketing. For 18+ years, he served as President/Founder of several major, award-winning marketing firms. His last USA - based marketing post was as the President of Alcone Marketing Group. Alcone Marketing Group was awarded "Agency of The Year" and ranked as the number one promotional marketing agency in the United States (PROMO Magazine, June, 2010).
Brad and his wife Julie moved to Antigua from Park City, Utah, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Their involvement in Antigua dates back many years. Julie was the founder of ABSAR (The Antigua - Barbuda Search and Rescue) and is well known locally for her love of aviation as a commercial rated pilot. She has also served as the Vice Commodore of The Antigua Yacht Club. They both enjoy sailing, playing tennis, golf, scuba diving, and piloting private aircraft. Active members of the Antigua Yacht Club, Julie and Brad have two sons, Tucker and Tanner (ages 10 and 9 respectively) who are enrolled at Antigua's Island Academy.

Geoffrey purchased his first Estate Agency in Antigua, Caribbean Properties Limited, in 1984 and has been active in the property market as a Real Estate Agent and Broker ever since. His 26 years in the Antigua and Barbuda property market means that he brings to Sellers and Purchasers a wealth of knowledge and experience that can be trusted and relied on.
A native of Dominica, he moved to St. Vincent and then St. Lucia before coming to Antigua. A true, Caribbean person, Geoffrey received his schooling at the Antigua Grammar School before joining Barclay Bank D. C. O. at the age of 15. He worked in banking in Antigua and then in Canada when he emigrated there.
A naturalized Canadian, Geoffrey worked in the computer and high tech industries for 26 years, including 17 with IBM. In 1982 Geoffrey returned home to Antigua to base the worldwide marketing for the computer software company he helped startup.
Geoffrey has a passion for the property market that is only surpassed by his love for racing sailboats. He has owned so many that he has lost count. He campaigns actively internationally and around the Caribbean. He is an International Judge and continually gives back to his sport. Geoffrey lives at Spring Hill with his wife Janie and their 4 dogs and 15 horses. Overlooking Falmouth with English Harbour in the background, Geoffrey finds time to garden, read and of course to socialize and network. Geoffrey has been Commodore at the Antigua Yacht Club 4 times and the Jolly Harbour Yacht Club which he started for 5 times.
From 1993 to 2002 Geoffrey was involved at Jolly Harbour Marina Resort where through his Companies, he managed the commercial interests, handled all promotion and advertising for Jolly Harbour, and represented all real estate interests exclusively. He had the head lease on the Jolly Harbour Marina and boatyard.

Carrie purchased her first property in Antigua in 2010. After falling in love with the island, she joined Stanley’s Estate Agents to help others discover the joys of living in Antigua. Carrie now focuses on assisting clients with the purchasing of their ‘dream Antiguan property’ as Stanley’s international sales representative based in Europe.
Having a 28 year career as a Bank Manager for Barclays Wealth International she brings extensive experience in the overseas property market, gained both from being the Barclays Wealth Business Development Manager for property financing in Portugal and also from financing multi-million $ property purchases for clients both in and around the exclusive Marbella area, Spain and Gibraltar itself where she was based.
Originally from Colchester in the UK, much of her career was spent in the Isle of Man, a crown dependency about the size of Antigua where she retains close commercial contacts.
Having traveled the world extensively and enjoying scuba diving, sailing and swimming, Antigua seemed a natural choice for property purchase to benefit from its wonderful climate, stable environment and currency, good transport links and the benefits of freehold home ownership through the non citizen resident scheme.
As well as enjoying all the crystal clear blue waters have to offer, walking the stunning coastal paths of English Harbour national park with her partner Tony is also favorite past time. She is an ex international Water Polo player and county Netball player who teaches both Swimming and Water Polo in her spare time.
Most recently she supported her City of Liverpool team mates as a volunteer at the Water Polo event at the London 2012 Olympics. Enjoying a challenge, she has completed the London Marathon to raise funds for Children’s charities, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa and also swum 11.5k around Gibraltar.
