Villa “Ten to Three” is a tastefully furnished, four bedroom four bath property located along Pigeon Point Road within the popular area of English Harbour.
Ten to Three can be rented as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom option. For the two bedroom option you will obtain the main house and the attached separate sleeping quarters will be locked off. For the 3 bedroom option then the remaining unused bedroom will be locked off.
The well equipped ‘eat in’ kitchen has a breakfast table for four. It comes complete with an oven / stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and more. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room where there are doors that lead you though to the outside dining verandah and swimming pool.
Villa Ten to Three is situated on a fully fenced property. You have your own private parking area and a private pool with deck complete with outside furniture to sit and relax and soak up the glorious sunshine.
Other facilities include: – Wireless Internet, Local Telephone, All bed linens and towels provided, Weekly Maid Service, Alarm System, and Washing Machine on site.
You are only a 5 – 10 minute walk away from all of the amenities within English and Falmouth Harbours, including a supermarket and a vast selection of excellent restaurants and bars. Historical Nelsons Dockyard is a must for sightseeing. Beautiful and popular Pigeon Beach is a mere 3 minute stroll away from the villa.
All rates include 14% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda sales tax)
During peak periods there is a minimum of 7 nights stay and 3 bedroom occupancy.
