The villa is equipped with a BOSE system that gives cinema sound for the TV and music to the deck and master bedroom.

All bedrooms are en-suite with walk in rain showers and have their own verandas with views over the Caribbean. The bedrooms have walk-in closets, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The property is fenced with electronic gates. The attention to detail is second to none, from the underground rock wine cellar to the designer Italian kitchen with granite surfaces.

The master suite has a large walk-in shower and a double-ended Jacuzzi bath.  The garden in planted with palms and tropical fruit trees including mango, lime and bananas. Nicobar lends itself to being a luxury family residence and / or a vacation home that may be subsidized with short term rentals. There is planning permission for an additional 2-bedroom guest cottage with plunge pool.

The kitchen leads directly off the great room and is extensively equipped. Appliances are top quality and include two large Kitchen Aid ovens, a double freezer/ fridge with ice maker, large microwave, wine fridge, and a separate beverage fridge. Italian granite counter tops include a center island/breakfast bar that comfortably seats four.

Villa Avalon is located on an elevated hillside giving this spectacular villa incredible views of the Caribbean to the west. And at night the eastern views are of twinkling lights of the island making for a magical vista. On entering the private electric gated drive is embraced on both sides by bougainvillea and tropical plants.

The villa has been designed for outdoor living with a wide covered veranda leading out to the 31ft by 17ft infinity pool and adjacent to the pool is an inviting large Jacuzzi. The verandah gives protection from the sun or a passing shower and is comfortably fitted with an outside sofa, two large armchairs and a 12-seat teak dining table. For BBQ’s there is a 6 burner Webber BBQ.
