Jolly Harbour Villa 420B is a two-bedroom waterfront property located on the north finger in the gated community of Jolly Harbour. This two-level villa is designed with the ground being open plan, recently and beautifully refurbished throughout with the additional features of a new fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry room, store and a half bathroom on the ground floor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Villa 420B features two upper level bedrooms; both with en-suite refurbished bathrooms and each with a shower and a single vanity basin. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the marina where one can enjoy the scenic views of the waterway and boating activity and stunning sunrises. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed.  The villa features air-conditioning throughout, both in the bedrooms and living area and additional comfort is provided by ceiling fans. There is cable TV and internet provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jolly Harbour is a secured and private gated community, offers a wide range of facilities. The amenities include a popular 18-hole golf course, full selection of water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts, squash court and a fully equipped gym. Also, within the complex there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants including a comprehensive supermarket and banking facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The villa is within less than 5 minutes\u2019 walking distance to the glittering white sand Jolly Harbour North Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
