Located in Savannah, this spectacular, four bedroom private residence overlooks Willoughby Bay and it is just a short 5 minute drive to Falmouth and English Harbour where you will find a mix of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are two bedrooms located in the main house, both with King Beds and en-suite bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms (which are adjoining, with a louvred door) are located within a separate guest cottage and both of these rooms also have King Beds, there is shared bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, fridge and toaster. The Cottage is ideal for children what you wish to keep close by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is a large open kitchen in the main home which is very well equipped with a large double oven with griddle and grill, microwave, large fridge\/freezer, drinks fridge, wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee maker and much more\u2026.. Ideal for catering to a large group, a chef\u2019s dream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the large open planned living area with comfortable seating and furnishings you have the use of a 48\u201d TV along with an Apple TV, DVD Player and Stereo System. Internet service is also provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stepping out onto the large patio there is a large private pool with a breathtaking 360\u00b0 Ocean View. This property benefits from being exceptionally breezy due to the elevation and therefore Air Conditioning is not required, although there is Ceiling fans installed throughout. Outdoors there is plenty of comfortable furniture including sun loungers to relax and enjoy the outdoor living experience (even bean bags!) and an outdoor pagoda. There is also a dining table and chairs to enjoy \u201cal fresco\u201d dining along with use of a BBQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is plenty of parking on site and the property is secured and fenced all around. Laundry facilities are located underneath the pool area and there is a washing line installed to dry clothes etc. Maid service will be included once per week as part of the rental. Both the main home and the Guest Cottage both have been fitted with alarm systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have an abundance of activities available. Diving lessons and Snorkeling trips, Sailing Lessons for adults and children, Kitesurfing, Hiking up to Shirley Heights, which also has a steel band on Sundays to watch the sunset and a BBQ. Further afield you can swim with stingrays, kayak around islands or Zip Wire through the Rainforest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You also have grocery stores just a short drive away along with fruit and vegetable stalls by the road side. There is also a sports club Temo\u2019s for Tennis and Squash. The Medical Centre ABSAR is located in Falmouth Harbour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The nearest beaches are Pigeon Beach and Galleon Beach both excellent for swimming and children. It is a wonderful place to explore and relax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Car rental is recommended and we can recommend a reputable car rental company in the area that can pick you up from the airport and escort you to the villa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A $300 USD refundable damage deposit is payable on arrival to the Managing Agents. We recommend children are over 5 years of age. Sorry, no pets allowed on the property.<\/p>\n\n\n
