Harbour Hill is an exclusive vacation property situated high on a hilltop above the Antigua Yacht Club Marina in Falmouth Harbour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests in perfect comfort. The tastefully furnished bedrooms are all air-conditioned and many have ceiling fans. The spacious living area opens onto wide verandas from where you can enjoy one of the most breathtaking views in the Caribbean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The house is beautifully furnished in a mixture of New England and Asian styles. For in-home entertainment there is Satellite TV, DVD, Bose sound system, a fully equipped air-conditioned gym, Wi-Fi and an ever-expanding library. Harbour Hill sits in 1.5 acres of beautifully landscaped private gardens with a large pool and ample parking for several cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beautiful beaches, historic Nelsons Dockyard, restaurants, shopping, bars and all the aqua, sports and facilities of the Falmouth & English Harbour areas are all within easy walking distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The large open-plan reception area has satellite TV, DVD and a Bose speaker system. There is a separate study area with a library and internet connection with printer. You need to bring your own lap-top. Wi-Fi is available throughout most parts of the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The large bright kitchen has a full size cooking range as well as a US fridge\/freezer, drinks fridge and dish washer. From the kitchen and reception area, French doors lead out to the pool and panoramic terraces. We have a large Gas BBQ and a number of different dining areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the main level there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them being very large doubles and the fourth a smaller double. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 have en-suite facilities and bedroom 4 has its own private bathroom across the hall. Approached from a separate walkway are two brand new hillside air-conditioned bedroom suites, both with en-suite facilities and dressing rooms. Bedrooms 1, 2, 5 & 6 have harbor views and 3 & 4 have garden views. In addition bedroom 1 has a large private terrace with spectacular Harbour & sea views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recently added is \u2018The Pavilion\u2019, a beautiful air conditioned building that houses a gym and a work space for anyone who gets fed up lazing by the pool! The gym is equipped with a number of cardio machines and weights and we can organize personal trainers if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apart from its breathtaking hilltop location, Harbour Hill benefits from its exceptionally easy access to all the entertainment and recreation facilities in English Harbour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
