Located in the convenient yet private community of Galleon Beach Club is Charlotte House, a deluxe 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa designed with comfort and luxury in mind.  Built into the hillside, the two-story villa has three bedrooms in the main house with en-suite bathroom, all with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Master bedroom, located on the upper level, has a king size bed with French doors opening onto the veranda overlooking historic Nelson\u2019s Dockyard and English Harbour.  Also located on this level is a kitchen that is a cook\u2019s dream and a spacious living area opens to verandas on two sides.  The comfortable outdoor dining area is located under the covered terrace, and has ceiling fan and seating for ten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two guest bedrooms on the lower level.  The first has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and opens to the verandah through French doors.  The other guest bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds, the uppers of which are removable if not required.  This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and overlooks Freeman\u2019s Bay and the tennis courts of Galleon Beach resort below.  The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house just a few steps up the hill behind it.  Like the others, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a mosquito net.  There is a king size bed, plenty of windows and terraces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The private infinity pool is large and inviting, with lounge chairs on the extensive veranda. There is also a gas barbecue and the fifth bathroom is here for use by the pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional complementary facilities include night security, day ferry in season, backup generator, and of course one of the finest gently sloping white sand beaches with warm calm clear water imaginable, all just a few minutes stroll down the hill, and should it be required, there is on-site maintenance through Galleon reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the season, there is a complimentary little day ferry from Galleon Beach to Nelson\u2019s Dockyard and nearby Falmouth, with shops and a mini market, some ten minutes drive away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The onsite beach side restaurant, open during the season, is also a few  minutes walk away. Reception can also arrange, at extra cost, diving, sailing, deep sea fishing etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can also arrange for a chef, and baby sitting on request (at a extra cost).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
