There is an adjacent laundry with washing machine and linen storage space. Louvred doors open out onto the generous outdoor lounging and dining space which create a great entertaining space. On this level there is a master bedroom with king bed, a Juliet style balcony, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has ceiling fan, TV and air conditioning. A second bedroom with twin beds has ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom. There is a guest cloakroom. With a separate entrance, the downstairs third ensuite bedroom with queen bed could optionally be used as an office or workspace or guest bedroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Villa is detached with sloping gardens to the rear with an attractive, well maintained garden to the front and is fenced all around. Date Hill House is offered for long term rental fully furnished, complete with a large freshwater cistern, propane backup generator, propane gas cooking, and gas water heating. There is internet and cable TV available. There is convenient parking space for two cars with additional parking available alongside the villa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This villa would ideally suit an executive or couple. The commercial centres of Friars Hill Road are about a fifteen-minute drive away and the stunning white sand beach at Jabberwock is only a few minutes\u2019 drive away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
