The villa is approached from the hillside driveway and the entrance is located on the upper level. On entering the villa is an open plan lounge and dining and a beautifully finished kitchen complete with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. There is a vaulted ceiling giving an open, light and airy feel to the space. Double doors lead out onto a covered balcony that spans the length of the house and enjoys fabulous views over the golf course and to the sparkling sea beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stairs lead down to the lower level which houses the three bedrooms and two main bathrooms, and a lovely external patio, plunge pool and pool deck. The spacious master suite is equipped with a king bed, closet space and a large en suite bathroom. double doors open out on to the pool deck and the open views. The two additional double bedrooms share the house bathroom. There is also good storage space on this level. All the bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a laundry with washer and drier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property is connected to government (APUA) electricity and water supplies and is equipped with a water storage cistern and a back up generator and hurricane shutters. This is a light and airy home, modern almost contemporary in style providing a spacious and comfortable family home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
