Rose House has been completely and thoughtfully re-furbished, to a high standard, and offers wonderful space, including a 40ft verandah, spacious garden and excellent security. Very conveniently located \u2013 Can walk to Bailey\u2019s supermarket, in 5 minutes. English Harbour with a huge array of restaurants, bars, delis, tennis courts and much more is 6 minutes drive away, as is the historic and fascinating Nelson\u2019s Dockyard. Pigeon and Galleon beaches are equally close.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rose house has a lovely master bedroom with king bed and en-suite shower room. There is a spacious second bedroom which can be made up as a king or twin and there is a second bathroom with shower which doubles as the house bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The open plan lounge with refurbished kitchen and breakfast bar, and lounge area lead out onto the covered terrace which extends the whole length of the home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The kitchen has a new stove and fridge freezer, dishwasher and ample cupboard space. There is a Weber Gas BBQ outside the house for your use. There is a table tennis table in the garden. Bats and balls are provided.  Rose House is available for rental complete with everything you will need to enjoy your Caribbean vacation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a brand new 28foot (9 metre) swimming pool with pool deck and shady gazebo which has been installed for the summer of 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amenities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bedrooms: bed linens, air conditioning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bathroom: bathroom towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kitchen: Gas range, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, kettle and Coffee maker and Nutribullet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sitting room: Fibre optic wireless internet and AC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beach towels provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooler box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laundry room: Iron with ironing board, Washing machine &amp;&nbsp; spare fridge\/freezer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voltage is 220 volts with english sockets. A transformer is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large self-contained fresh water cistern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Housekeeping services can be provided at an extra cost to the guest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>28 foot \/ 9 metre swimming pool, pool deck and gazebo <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bailey\u2019s Supermarket is within walking distance and the closest beach is 5 minutes\u2019 walk away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The beautiful Pigeon Beach, Galleon Beach, Willoughby Bay and Mamora Beach are all within 10 minutes\u2019 drive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The World Heritage site of English Harbour, with its museum, shops bars and restaurants and Antigua Yacht Club and historical Nelson\u2019s dockyard are a short drive or cycle away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nearest bar\/restaurant<\/strong>&nbsp;5 minute walk.<br><strong>St John\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;25 minutes.<br><strong>Airport<\/strong>&nbsp;35 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note rates include ABST at 17% \u2013 government sales tax.
