The villa is entered from the parking area on this upper level through a cool and shady-covered patio with an outside lounge and dining area leading to the entrance and then into the open plan living room. The fully fitted and well-appointed kitchen and large utility and laundry area are to one side with the adjacent spacious lounge with two sets of double doors leading out to a sunset-facing outdoor and covered terrace, boasting an entertaining relaxing and dining space with panoramic views to the ocean and over the west coast of Antigua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this level, there is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bath and shower together with a smaller single bedroom which would make a perfect office space and the house bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stairs lead down to a lower lounge area currently used as a reading and library space with double doors giving onto a lower patio. Here there are a further two large bright and airy double bedrooms sharing a third bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
