Fully furnished and immaculately presented, Le Cottage is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with its own electric gate entrance and parking. A lovely Caribbean style cottage, the entrance is through an outside covered patio, with a remote lock for added security, into the living room. There is a fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave oven and fridge freezer, with a breakfast bar. The lounge area has a smart wall mounted 32\u201d TV and an Amazon firestick is provided as is WiFi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and fitted closet, writing desk and a TV. The bathroom has a walk in shower, wc and vanity. Le Cottage is bright and airy with tiled flooring and vaulted ceilings throughout. Air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, as well as ceiling fans. There is a mini safe in the bedroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are motion sensor lights on the patio and back lighting, security system, glass breaking sensor, smoke alarms and fire extinguisher, blink exterior camera monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rates include 17% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). Tourism Guest Levy is charged separately at US$5 per person per day over 5 years at the date of travel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rental rates include Linen, Towels, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Washing detergent and a basic welcome pack. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
