Maria’s Beach House is a cozy two-bedroom villa on the water’s edge in Crawl Bay inside Willoughby Bay.  It is only a few minute’s drive from the conveniences and amenities of English Harbour, yet is tucked away on 1/3 acre of secluded beachfront land. The villa has cathedral ceilings, screened windows, and ceiling fans throughout which, in addition to the ocean breezes, keep it cool all year round.

The large kitchen has been fitted with modern appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, gas oven/stove & kettle. The living room is spacious and has comfortable rattan furniture and entertainment options including cable TV and a DVD player.  The property also offers wireless internet.

The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, his-and-hers closets, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks. There is also private access to the verandah on the ocean side of the villa.  The Master bedroom has garden and ocean views.  The second bedroom has an option for two single beds or a double bed, with a large closet.  This bedroom has a garden view, and there is a second full bathroom in the hallway which can be shared with visitors. The covered verandah is screened on one side for privacy and extends the length of the house on the ocean side.

The monthly rental rate is INCLUSIVE of Internet and Cable TV and twice-monthly cleaning
