Located on Proctor Point, and only a few minutes drive from the World Heritage site of English Harbour, Zena offers luxury accommodation with spectacular views of Antigua’s south coast, and beyond towards the neighboring islands of Montserrat and Guadeloupe. Historically, for over 20 years, the communities preferred observation point for Antigua’s numerous famed yachting regattas, this recently constructed luxurious villa is selectively available for rental.

Zena provides the ultimate in Caribbean indoor, outdoor living. On entry there is a large open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen leading through to a covered patio with outside dining, an ideal spot for entertaining and to take in the views. Four large bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms each with panoramic views, provide privacy and comfort for all guests. Each bedroom is fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning and are equally appealing in their character, decor, and size.

Guests will delight in days enjoying Zena’s many amenities inclusive of the large, private swimming pool, a fully furnished sun deck ideal for relaxation, a fully lit tennis court conveniently located a short walk from the villa, and a regualtion sized pétanque court. On the lower level there is a games room complete with table tennis table, darts board, and a projector.

Daily cleaning service is available. There is good wi-fi service in the villa. A personal chef and grocery shopping can be arranged on request.

Zena is about ten minutes’ drive from the World Heritage site of English Harbour with all its attractions, museum, grocery stores and small supermarkets, bars restaurants and nightlife as well as the stunning white sand beaches at Pigeon Point and Galleon Beach.

Available for selected weeks during high season, early bookings are encouraged due to the high demand.
