Apartment 1 – 3 bedrooms

Access to this superb penthouse three bedroom apartment is via a staircase with video intercom system from and adjacent to the apartments private oversized double underground car parking and ancillary areas. Bedroom two is adjacent with a queen bed and en suite shower room.

A glass staircase with multi coloured lighting leads to the upper floor of this stunning penthouse apartment and the third bedroom boasting a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and a small balcony with beautiful sea views.

Please note the below rates include 14% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). There is a departure deep cleaning charge of US$215 payable in addition to the below rates. Stays over one week incur an additional cleaning charge of US$120 per once weekly clean. There is an electricity allowance included of 85 units per nights stay. Late checkout is usually available at a rate of 50% of a nightly rate.

There is a Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per day (over 5 years) payable and will be invoiced separately.
