Calabash is a two bedroom, two bathroom Caribbean style home with a one bedroom, one bathroom, apartment below set in beautifully cared for tropical gardens close to Cobbs Cross in Antiguas southern parish of St Paul. Falmouth Harbour, with its, restaurants, supermarkets and the World Heritage site of historic English Harbour, is only a few minutes drive away. The villas elevated position gives it beautiful sea views from the pool deck. Spend evenings relaxing on the covered patio with the lights from the superyachts in Falmouth Harbour twinkling in the distance.

There is an electric gate entry to the property and a driveway takes you to the parking area and double carport. Steps lead up to the pool deck and entrance to the main home. French doors enter into an open plan living area, lounge and spacious kitchen. There is a large fridge freezer, cooktop, oven and small dishwasher. The pool deck is spacious and adjacent to the L shaped covered patio with covered outside dining and lounging areas for a Caribbean indoor outdoor living experience. There is comfy outdoor seating.

An archway leads through to the bedrooms and house bathroom. To the front of the home is the master bedroom with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom, with double vanity and double showers. There is a cozy office nook off the corridor leading to the second bedroom and house bathroom. Access to the bathroom is both from the corridor and also from the bedroom.

On the lower floor there is a self contained one bedroom apartment with a separate access from the main home. There is a lounge with small galley kitchen, outside dining on the covered patio, and a double bedroom and bathroom. This can be rented separately or as part of the main house. See the pricing panel below. Please note if the apartment is rented separately there is no access to the pool deck and pool.

The villa and apartment are fully equipped for rental. Linen, towels, toiletries are provided and there is high speed fiber optic internet.

Rates below include 17% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). Tourism guest Levy is charged separately (per person) and is US$5 per person per day for persons over 5 years at the time of travel.
