Casa Lidia is the perfect base, whether you love sailing, are part of a competitive crew, or just a spectator. Enjoy unparalleled views of Nelson’s Dockyard and the marina, which is the heart of the Antigua Sailing Community.

This beautifully constructed villa takes the inspiration for many of its architectural features and raw materials from Bali and combines them with the essential elements of Caribbean structure – a large gallery, louvred windows for maximum airflow and ceiling fans. Italian fixtures and fittings create an atmosphere of contemporary luxury and elegance.

Casa Lidia consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms, two guest cottages each with 2 bedrooms & two lower self-contained apartments (total of 10).  Your every comfort has been considered, from large king size beds with mosquito nets, to luxurious linens and towels. Each master suite in the main house has a garden shower and a small private gallery perfect for catching some quiet time; sit back, relax and watch the world go by.

Asian Cottages apartments: 2 cottages in hard wood, each containing 2 communicating apartments separated by a sliding door with open sky garden/bathrooms and private verandas with Kitchenette.   Cost per night is among U$ 275 and U$375 per apartment depending on the period.

Mediterranean apartments: 2 large communicating apartments with open sky shower cabin and double separation door to ensure maximum privacy and private veranda with Kitchenette.  Cost per night is among U$325 and U$550 per apartment depending of the period.

Dockyard View villa: 4 suite bedrooms (can sleep up 8 adults, sharing the king size bed and 1 extra single bed can also fit in each room taking the total to 12 persons).Top apartment includes exclusive use of the main kitchen, 1400 sq.ft. Living/terrace overlooking historical Nelson Dockyard, two half bathrooms for dinner guests and entertainment cabinet with 50” plasma screen, full sound system and mini mac computer. This apartment is only available in its whole and not by room. Cost per night is among U$2,800 to $3,600 depending on the period.

Casa Lidia: Finally Casa Lidia can be rented in its whole (10 Bedrooms) and the cost per night is among $3,850 and $5,250 depending on period.

Notes:

Prices are inclusive of taxes, maid service, Cable TV, Air Conditioning , fully equipped kitchen, internet wifi, 110/220 dual voltage in all house, personal safes in each bedroom and shared (exclusive if taken all) use of Plunge pool/Jacuzzi (only sleeping guests) and the BBQ – Bar Contiki Gazebo and Hammock and long chair relax gazebo.

All suites/apartments are furnished with 4 posts king size beds.

The four Dockyard Villa Suites and the two Mediterranean apartments can fit extra single beds.

The 7 apartments (4 Asia + 2 Mediterranean + 1 Dockyard View) all have fully equipped kitchens.

Minimum stay: 3 nights for each single apartment, 1 week for the whole property.

Minimum stay on special Yacht/Regattas periods will only rent for a set period (i.e. Agent Week first week of December, Super Yacht Cup late January minimum stay 8 days, RORC Caribbean 600 late February minimum stay 9 days, Classic Regatta middle April minimum stay 9 days, Antigua sailing Week last week April/beginning of May minimum stay 9 days).

High season rates are applicable on the following periods: 15 November to 15 May & 15 July to 31 August. The Sailing Regatta periods are all considered peak season at the highest rate and the property is available only in its whole.
