Dunbar’s is accessed by a private drive-in, drive-out driveway off the main road with remote-controlled gates with ample parking spaces for several cars. The villa is entered from the parking area on this upper level through a cool and shady-covered patio with an outside lounge and dining area leading to the entrance and then into the open plan living room. The fully fitted and well-appointed kitchen and large utility and laundry area are to one side with the adjacent spacious lounge with two sets of double doors leading out to a sunset-facing outdoor and covered terrace, boasting an entertaining relaxing and dining space with panoramic views to the ocean and over the west coast of Antigua.

On this level, there is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bath and shower together with a smaller single bedroom which would make a perfect office space and the house bathroom.

Stairs lead down to a lower lounge area currently used as a reading and library space with double doors giving onto a lower patio. Here there are a further two large bright and airy double bedrooms sharing a third bathroom.
