Fully fenced and gated the front door is approached by a paving stone pathway leading past a seating area and shady gazebo and providing access to the main living floor. The home is split between a three-bedroom house on the upper floor of 2,750 square feet and a self-contained two-bedroom apartment on the lower floor of 1,375 square feet. On entry on the upper floor, there is a spacious lounge and dining room leading out to a large patio with panoramic views down the golf course and to the sea beyond. Adjacent there is a generously sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cupboard and countertop space. Saloon doors lead to a pantry with a double door fridge freezer and shelving for storage. Through the kitchen and also accessed from the patio is the large and airy family dining area, with Bahama shutters on three sides making a magical entertaining space. There are three large bedrooms all with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms, good size open closet space either within the bathrooms or within the bedroom itself and all have ceiling fans and A/C.

The two-bedroom lower-floor apartment has a separate entrance and offers a great potential rental opportunity. The entrance leads into an L-shaped open plan living area with dining and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and fitted cupboards. Off the lounge are the two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, one with a fitted closet and one with a walk-in closet or additional storeroom and also a house half bathroom. There is a laundry room and garden store equipped with a washer and drier which is accessed both from outside and from inside the apartment.

Journeys End is offered for rental furnished, and comes complete with 110v and 220v government provided electricity, a standby propane generator, wooden hurricane shutters, and a 20,000-gallon cistern, electric water heater, and cooking by propane gas.

Cedar Valley is an ideally located quiet and peaceful residential area to the North of Antigua, an approximately a 15-minute drive from the VC Bird International airport, ten minutes from the Capital St Johns and a few minutes from the supermarkets, and commercial centers of Friars Hill Road. The stunning white sand beaches of Jabberwock, Blue Waters, and Dickenson Bay are also only a few minutes away.
