Rendezvous House is a lovely traditional five bedroom Caribbean home located two minutes stroll away from the little sandy beach at Dieppe Bay and from Turtle Bay and just minutes drive from the World Heritage site of English Harbour. English Harbour is rich in history and is an entertainment hub for Antigua. Falmouth Harbour is known to be the yachting center for the Caribbean and is home to the world-renowned yachting events such as the Classic Yacht Regatta and famed Antigua Sailing Week.

Rendezvous House enjoys breathtaking sunset views to the West up the coast of Rendezvous Bay with its exquisite turquoise waters. The nearby white sandy beach is on Falmouth Harbour and can only be reached by boat or on foot.. The home enjoys views of Falmouth Harbour with numerous mega yachts easily viewed from the home.

Built in a colonial architectural style, the multi dwelling estate home sits on 0.58 acres of lush tropical gardens. The main residence offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on two floors. This spacious home has a total of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, inclusive of the two standalone private guest cottages. The first guest cottage includes a full bathroom with a bathtub, while the second cottage has a full bathroom with a shower.

On the main floor living area of the residence is a covered outside lounge and entertainment area, an inside dining room, recently upgraded cottage style country kitchen, a guest day bathroom, and the master king bedded suite with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The laundry room is just off the kitchen.

The house features sturdy concrete construction complemented by appealing exterior wooden cladding. Built in line with Caribbean hurricane regulations, the building highlights three peaked roofs finished with cedar wood shingles. The open floor plan and ceilings allow for generous air flow throughout ensuring year-round comfort. The covered wrap around verandah capitalizes on the exquisite views. The entire main floor has beautiful Greenheart hardwood floors and soaring ceilings with ceiling fans, allowing excellent air movement to keep the house cool year-round. The first floor has terracotta tiling throughout. 

The large sitting lounge and dining area, as well as the main level master bedroom, are both fully air conditioned to ensure comfortable living. The two lower-level bedrooms of the main residence are also air conditioned. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite with shower rooms. A custom freeform swimming pool is located between the main residence and one of the detached guest cottages.

Available for either vacation (holiday) rental or a longer term let, rendezvous has so much to offer. A once weekly (mid stay if a week) clean and linen and towel change is provided for rentals of seven nights or longer. WiFi is provided and there is a smart TV.

Please note the three bedrooms in the main house are air conditioned and the two cottages are cooled by ceiling fans only. The property is not suitable for children under 12 years. We provide a small welcome pack including some breakfast items and basics for arrival. Nearest local supermarkets are Baileys and Crabb Hole Liquors and Covent Garden at English Harbour. English Harbour is a ten minute drive from Rendezvous. VC Bird Airport and St John’s are about a 35 minute drive.

Rates include 17% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person (over 5 years at the time of travel) and per day is invoiced separately depending on the number and age of the guests.
