There is an open plan lounge, and media area giving out onto the pool and pool deck, and ideal shady and semi covered entertaining space Each bedroom is air-conditioned with ceiling fans and has comfortable furnishings. The two larger bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and king beds and the two slightly smaller bedrooms share the house bathroom.

The full-service kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample cookware and bakeware, utensils for cooking and entertaining. Each cupboard is fully stocked with trays and barware for wine and cocktails, tumblers and pitchers for water and juices and a sufficient supply of plates, bowls, mugs, and cutlery for dining.

The laundry is complete with newly-installed washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, laundry sink, and cleaning accessories.

Colourful mid century modern furnishings bring a unique Caribbean contemporary flair to the villa and reflect the textured architectural stone wall in the dining room. Large screened windows and glass doors throughout give a bright and airy feel to the villa.

The villa is offered for longer term rental fully furnished and equipped including linen if required and has High-speed Wi-Fi, pool and garden maintenance included in the rental rate.
