Overlooking the pool area with access from the terrace, is a well-appointed bedroom with king bed and full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. To the right of the main entrance there is a spacious and delightfully furnished media room.

This expansive, two storey stately home of over 7,000 square feet, is solidly and attractively constructed of imported Barbados coral stone. The stonework has been placed both the interior and exterior of Seaclusion. Numerous quality touches and attention to detail are readily observed throughout this impressive home.

An impressive, grand staircase leads up to the upper gallery and master suite. Here one will enjoy beautiful ocean views from the grand master bedroom. Doors lead to an upper-level sun and lounging terrace and master bathroom with walk-in shower, pedestal soaking tub, double vanity with separate w.c. and the walk-through master closet.

 A spiral staircase leads from the landing to the courtyard providing separate access to this portion of the home. From the upper floor landing there is a twin-bedded bedroom with generous wardrobe space and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also provides glorious views of the swimming pool and the scenic sea views which are the basis of Seclusions’ name.

To the right of the grand sweeping staircase are two further king bedded bedrooms which share a generous house bathroom. Down the large stairway to the ground floor secluded courtyard is a hallway giving access to the double garage, and the ‘back of house’ areas of a single staff bedroom and bathroom, laundry, and storage room.

Seaclusion is located on the beautiful North Coast of Antigua, close to stunning white sand beaches and yet only ten-minute drive from the commercial centres and supermarkets, banks, restaurants and medical facilities to be found on Friars Hill Road and nearby in the capital city of St. Johns. Antigua’s VC Bird International Airport is a ten-minute drive as is the Cedar Valley 18-hole golf course.
