There is a large and spacious open plan lounge and dining room which opens onto the pool deck and also the sun deck with direct beach access. Here there is a shady outdoor lounge and dining space ideal for entertaining, family barbecues or just for lazing away the days of endless sunshine on a sun lounger.
The state of the art kitchen, replete with a full range of in built appliances is adjacent to the indoor dining area and leads through to a laundry room, with washer and drier.
The accommodation comprises four king bedded rooms with en suite bathroom, a twin bedded room with en-suite and a self contained one bedroom apartment, all facing into a shady courtyard setting which features a free form pool. The apartment enters onto the internal courtyard and also has a separate outside entrance if preferred. All the six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, walk in closets, and are air conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a house bathroom available for guest use poolside.
There is guest parking for several cars, or why not rent a golf cart for easy access to the bars, restaurants and shops and supermarket within Jolly Harbour. There is an 18 hole golf course and a gym and tennis courts also within the complex, the largest marina in the Eastern Caribbean. this is a perfect base for day sailing and there are boats available for day charter, complete with skipper.
We can organise the services of a local Chef, grocery shopping pre-arrival and cleaning as required for an additional fee.
Rates below include 17% ABST, Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax. There is a Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person (over five years) per day payable separately.
