The main entrance is approached though a cobblestone courtyard and opens onto the entrance hall and the central split-level living area. There is a beautifully appointed spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, a central island containing hob and fitted wine fridges.

On this level there is a lounge area and steps down to the outdoor lounge and dining deck. This area is nicely fitted with wooden louvred doors which slide open to create a wonderful open-air living plan and entertaining space. There is a wood carved dining table seating up to ten persons.

The external adjoining deck comprises a very generous outdoor relaxing space with lounge furniture and sun loungers. To one side of the property there is a heated pool complete with swim jets.

Off the central living space to one side is the spacious master suite with king bed, fitted wardrobes and master bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and separate wc.

To the left of the main front door on entry can be found two double guest bedrooms, both with en suite shower, vanity and wc. There is a cloakroom which also opens out onto the poolside. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.

This comfortable and inviting home is beautifully appointed and fitted with varnished hardwood floors, all working together to create a distinct and appealing nautical feel throughout.

At the front of the villa is a car port for vehicle parking. The villa is serviced with both, 110v and 220v electricity, and water and a back-up generator for electricity provided by Jolly Harbour. There is a launderette nearby.
