With cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans throughout, the villa takes advantage of cooling trade winds.  The living area is stylish and comfortable and fitted. All three bedrooms and living space/lounge space area has air conditioned units.

a wall-mounted flat screen cable TV, stereo and internet access.  There is also Intercom throughout the villa.  The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen offers seating at the bar and an adjacent powder room.  Next to the kitchen and living area is a dining table seating six.  There is also ample space to dine al fresco, and to relax and entertain poolside on the terrace, just through the glass panel doors.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a raised bathtub.  It also features a television.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, and also a walk-out terrace.  The third bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.  There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and housekeeping 6 days a week.  For an added indulgence, a cook will prepare breakfast and dinner, inclusive in the rate.
