Villa 407 presents a great opportunity to acquire a nicely appointed, two-bedroom villa in the highly regarded St. James Club Resort. Sliding glass doors lead guests out onto the outdoor partially shaded tiled patio, with additional dining and lounge seating, a great space for outdoor living.

Two spacious bedrooms of approximately equal size are on the lower ground floor patio level. Bedroom one offers en suite bathroom, a king bed, wardrobes and sliding doors with direct access opening on to the outdoor terrace. Bedroom two is fitted with two double beds with access to a second full bathroom.

Four resort restaurants are within the 100-acre St James Club estate, along with two large beaches, four swimming pools, two tennis courts, a fitness gym, and numerous water sports equipment. These are complimentary to guests enrolling in the resort’s all-inclusive meal plan. Those preferring to go a la carte will enjoy access as well to the two beaches and sun lounges, two swimming pools and the Piccolo Mondo quality restaurant. Families will delight in knowing that St James Club boasts one of the best kid clubs on the island.

Evenings spent on a terrace watching the sunset or the sky dotted with stars, listening to a breeze in the palms, gentle breaking of the high tide waves and the sound of tree frogs, are sure to offer relaxation and beauty. The villa is fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living area. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Only five minutes’ drive from the heart and soul of the famed English Harbour, many fine restaurants await you as well as nightclubs and the historical Nelson’s Dockyard. Pigeon Beach and Shirley Heights Lookout are nearby with live bands and food served.
