Villa 407 is a lovely rental home; a nicely appointed, two-bedroom villa in the highly regarded St. James Club Resort. This private, secure, gated resort community is situated on beautiful Mamora Bay, minutes from historic English Harbour, a World Heritage Site. Located in the heart of the village of the St. James Club, Villa 407, has wonderful sea views and yet is close to the main entrance and parking with good access to all of the resort’s facilities and within easy reach of the beaches.

The villa accommodates 4 people in two bedrooms. The entrance is on the lower level and stairs lead up to the inviting and spacious main living area with comfortable lounge and dining seating. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is located conveniently off the living area. Sliding glass doors lead guests out onto the outdoor partially shaded tiled patio, with additional dining and lounge seating, a great space for outdoor living.

Two spacious bedrooms of approximately equal size are on the lower ground floor patio level. Bedroom one offers en suite bathroom, a king bed, wardrobes and sliding doors with direct access opening on to the outdoor terrace. Bedroom two is fitted with two double beds with access to a second full bathroom.

Four resort restaurants are within the 100-acre St James Club estate, along with two large beaches, four swimming pools, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, an air conditioned fitness gym, and water sports equipment. These are complimentary to guests enrolling in the resort’s all-inclusive meal plan. Those preferring to go a la carte will enjoy access as well to the two beaches and sun lounges, two swimming pools and the Piccolo Mondo quality restaurant. Families will delight in knowing that St James Club boasts one of the best kid clubs on the island. Guests can opt for an all inclusive option for a minimum of three consecutive nights for all persons in the villa, priced at US$135 per person per night or US$85 for persons under 11 years.

Evenings spent on a terrace watching the sunset or the sky dotted with stars, listening to a breeze in the palms, gentle breaking of the high tide waves and the sound of tree frogs, are sure to offer relaxation and beauty. The villa is fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living area. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Only five minutes’ drive from the heart and soul of the famed English Harbour, many fine restaurants await you as well as nightclubs and the historical Nelson’s Dockyard. Pigeon Beach and Shirley Heights Lookout are nearby with live bands and food served. We recommend you consider a rental car for your stays to enjoy all the attractions that Antigua has to offer.

Rates shown below are inclusive of 17% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). There is a daily resort Fee of US$24 for the villa and a Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per day (over 5 years) which are payable on check in at the resort on arrival.
