The utility room behind the kitchen has a washer and dryer. In the living / dining area you will find a TV, VCR and DVD-Player as well as a Radio and CD-Player.

Villa Ordinance has spacious outdoor areas for entertaining, relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a fire BBQ with an outdoor dining area. The Swimming Pool is surrounded by a large sundeck with sun beds.
