The luxury state of the art kitchen with its imposing central island and breakfast bar is packed with the latest appliances. As well as stainless steel frdge freezer, six burner hob, double ovens and dishwasher, there are two separate wine and beverage coolers and liquor and two warming drawers. 

The entertaining and relaxing lounge and dining rooms high ceiling is dominated by the beautiful Balinese chandelier. An over generous seating area is complemented by a formal dining area. Adjacent is the media room leading through to the corridor to the house bathroom and the three guest bedrooms. Off the kitchen are steps leading to the sun lounge which gives access to the BBQ and outside dining and bar decks and the pool and pool deck beyond.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a large fully fitted walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and views towards the ocean.
