Stella has been active in the restaurant business since 2015 and is open for dinner only. The restaurant comfortably seats 40 and can accommodate more tables poolside as required. A bamboo thatch roof and awnings inclined towards the sunset give cooling shade during the day and wonderful open air dining feel in the evenings. With the open views of the ocean and aromas from the wood burning pizza oven the ambience is truly special and to be experienced. The pool is traditionally built and is 33 feet long by 11 feet wide with depth ranging from 3 to 5 feet.

Adjacent and separate from the restaurant is a two-level home with a spacious 1500 sq feet self-contained one-bedroom apartment above with balcony. Downstairs there are two recently refurbished and fully equipped studios which open to the pool deck, ever popular on Air BNB and providing an excellent rental opportunity. There is a studio to one side which is currently used for staff. The Upstairs apartment is available for purchase inclusive of fixtures and fittings, kitchen equipment, and the two studios are offered for sale fully furnished.

Stella is available to purchase as an operating restaurant fully equipped and the together with the adjacent apartments and is supplied with APUA government utilities. There is a backup generator, water storage, and the property sits on a 0.3-acre hillside parcel. Stella is located just a few minutes’ drive from Friars Hill Road commercial centres and Woods mall with supermarkets, and banks, lawyers, and commercial services and also just a few minutes’ drive from the white sand beaches at Dickenson Bay and Runaway Bay.
