The entrance to the open-plan main house is through an archway giving way to a comfortable lounge and fully outfitted kitchen, both with vaulted, wood beam ceilings. The spacious kitchen is complete with modern appliances and a center island and breakfast bar. Sliding glass doors give access to the rooftop terrace, a great entertaining area. Relax and enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious terrace and delight in the expansive ocean views.   

Leading off one side of the central living area is the master suite, consisting of a private lounge area and sofa bed, a bedroom with a king bed, and a suite bathroom. Steps lead both up and down from the master suite lounge to bring you to two additional bedrooms with a balcony or terrace and each with en suite bathrooms.

There is an attractive one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor which is accessed separately. The entrance is through a garden patio into a living area with a lounge and kitchenette. Also, on this level is a second, separate double bedroom with an adjacent shower bathroom.

The adjacent two-story building comprises a garage on the ground floor with stairs leading to the upper floor one-bedroom apartment. There is a living room with a kitchen and lounge diner, a large double bedroom with a fitted closet, and a suite bathroom. 

Lasata is solidly built using block construction. AC is provided in the master bedroom of the main house, as well as in the two detached apartment bedrooms. The property is connected to all APUA services and comes complete with a backup generator. There is a large freshwater cistern for water storage the house is fully fenced and has parking for several cars within the driveway.
