Apartment Two – 2 Bedrooms

Please note the below rates include 14% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). There is a departure deep cleaning charge of US$175 payable in addition to the below rates. Stays over one week incur an additional cleaning charge of US$100 per once weekly clean.
There is a Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per day (over 5 years) payable and will be invoiced separately. There is an electricity allowance of 65 units per nights stay. Late checkout is usually available at a rate of 50% of a nightly rate.
