Apartment Two – 2 Bedrooms
Access to this superb apartment is via a staircase with video intercom system from and adjacent to the apartments private oversized double underground car parking and ancillary areas. This generously sized European styled apartment is all about relaxed inside outside living with the external covered dining area being located adjacent to the kitchen and BBQ area. An entry corridor gives onto the two bedrooms and the guest restroom and leads to the open plan kitchen and indoor living room. A south facing main deck area, sun shaded areas and entertaining space, featuring infinity edge swimming pool with multi colour underwater lighting, integral seating area, and an oversized tanning deck with splendid views over Falmouth bay and the hills beyond. With triple bi-folding aluminium double glazed doors opening out onto the main deck this is a sunny south facing upper floor apartment designed for the indoor/outdoor lifestyle, entertaining and relaxation.

The interior floors are fully tiled throughout, and the living accommodation comprises two spacious and well-proportioned double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms with wash basins and a shower room.

Please note the below rates include 14% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). There is a departure deep cleaning charge of US$175 payable in addition to the below rates. Stays over one week incur an additional cleaning charge of US$100 per once weekly clean.

There is a Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per day (over 5 years) payable and will be invoiced separately. There is an electricity allowance of 65 units per nights stay. Late checkout is usually available at a rate of 50% of a nightly rate.
