The bedrooms lead off either side of the entrance hall way, with the large master suite having direct access to the pool area, and currently has two queen sized four poster beds. There is an impressively sized walk in closet and a large master bathroom with bath and shower, and double vanity. There are three further double bedrooms with walk in closets and en suite bathrooms on this side of the house. On the western side there are two further bedrooms currently equipped with queen beds and also double bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms are finished in the same style with lovely open vaulted ceilings and are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a queen bedded guest cottage to one side of the pool deck, with an en-suite shower room.

The home is offered for rental fully furnished. Rental includes pool and garden maintenance. The tenant is responsible for all utility costs. The home is connected to government electricity and water and has an auto switch back up propane generator for use in the event of an occasional power loss.
