The kitchen has a wonderful central island and more than ample cupboard and storage space and is fitted with stainless steel appliances, large double door fridge with freezer under, gas stove and oven.

The lounge and dining area are stylishly furnished and create a comfortable area for family living. There is a writing desk and an adjacent guest cloakroom. Off the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry with washer and drier and and outside drying area.

Double doors open out onto the covered patio which extends the full length of the villa and the infinity edge pool and pool sun terrace.

To one side of the central living area is the master suite with king four poster bed, walk in closet and owner storage and large en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and separate w.c.

To the rear of the house there are two further double bedrooms, one with king bed and one with twin beds, each with en suite bathroom with bath and shower, vanity and w.c.

All of the three bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. There is internet service and the property is serviced by APUA electricity and water and there is a large fresh water cistern. Landscaping and pool maintenance are included in the rental price. The property is fully fenced and there is a remote controlled electric gate to gain access.
Just a few minutes drive to Pigeon Point and Galleon Beach, two of Antigua’s finest south coast beaches.
