Hodges Bay Villa has recently been completed to a very high standard.  It comprises of a three bedroom house with swimming pool and covered car port.  The house has been beautifully furnished throughout.  The kitchen has been fitted with quality stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher & microwave. 

The living area is fitted with cable TV & wireless internet (at extra cost).

The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.  The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV & a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower & his and hers vanity unit.  There is a second queen sized bedroom & also a twin bedroom which both share a bathroom with shower, bathtub & vanity unit.  The is a separate utility room with has a sink, washing machine & tumble drier.

The house benefits from a motion detector security system, automatic back-up generator & large propane gas tank.  There is a covered car port which houses the pump room for the pool and also has a small storage room.
