“Sky High”. The Patterson House

“Sky High”, The Patterson house is a delightfully renovated Caribbean villa in a stunning setting overlooking the world renowned Half Moon Bay.

Built and maintained in a traditional West Indian style this two bedroom two bathroom villa has great outdoor and indoor spaces for relaxation and entertaining. There is an open plan split level living and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen and the master bedroom with king bed and bathroom leading off this central area.

There is a stunning new infinity pool with amazing views over the whole of Half Moon Bay.

The second twin bedded bedroom and bathroom are separate but adjacent to the main house. Both bedrooms have stunning views over the Bay and are joined by a spacious patio. There is a second outdoor covered dining area and open lounging area at the rear of the property. There is a private driveway and adequate parking space for two cars.

– Linen change is once weekly…..additional changes can be organized for a small fee.  New washer and dryer installed.

– 55″ “Smart TV” with Flow programming.  Flow offers a pretty good selection of channels and a good variety of music channels.

– Large gas grill for the back patio, along with all the tools.

– Fold-out queen couch in the living room and a second fold-out double couch in the guest bedroom.  These are in addition to the king in the master bedroom and the (2) singles (or King) in the guest bedroom.  Price is for 2-6 persons; additional per person/per day charges apply for larger parties.

– All cooking utensils, flatware, glasses, etc. are new and of good quality.

– 3:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am. check out sounds fine.  We can always accommodate requests for late stays early check in.

Nearest supermarket – 20 minutes drove in English Harbour
Nearest bar/ restaurant – Half moon Bay daytimes, or all-inclusive meals can be purchased at the nearby Nonsuch Bay Resort, less than ten minutes’ drive away.
Nearest ATM: English Harbour
