This is a developing area in the South East corner of Antigua, and either of these two land parcels offer the possibility of building a wonderful home in a quiet and peaceful corner of the Caribbean, with lovely ocean views overlooking Mamora Bay on one side and Indian Creek in the distance, with an ever present cooling sea breeze. Government utilities are available in the area although the property lends itself to solar power because of its sunny location. The World heritage site of English Harbour, Nelsons Dockyard and the many amenities offered in Antigua’s National Park, the Centre of Yachting Activity in the Caribbean, are a ten-to-fifteen-minute drive.
