This is a developing area in the South East corner of Antigua, and either of these two land parcels offer the possibility of building a wonderful home in a quiet and peaceful corner of the Caribbean, with lovely ocean views overlooking Mamora Bay on one side and Indian Creek in the distance, with an ever present cooling sea breeze. Two parcels one of 0.5 acre and the other of 0.6 acres are gently sloping towards the East and South East.
Many of Antigua’s finest restaurants and bars are also easily accessed, as is the Antigua Yacht Club, Spring Hill Riding Academy, and many of Antigua’s best scenic hiking trails. Some of Antigua’s best beaches are also a short drive including Pigeon Point and Galleon Beach (about 15 minutes). Government utilities are available in the area although the property lends itself to solar power because of its sunny location. The World heritage site of English Harbour, Nelsons Dockyard and the many amenities offered in Antigua’s National Park, the Centre of Yachting Activity in the Caribbean, are a ten-to-fifteen-minute drive.
The team at Stanley’s Estate’s are always happy to offer advice and make introductions to local architects and building contractors.
