Located a few minutes drive from the renowned World Heritage site of English Harbour and Nelson’s Dockyard, this recently refurbished spacious one bedroom apartment, set in manicured tropical gardens, has delightful views towards Falmouth Harbour and makes a perfect base for a Caribbean vacation.
This open plan living, dining and kitchen is large, bright and beautifully furnished and equipped. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, and ample cupboard space as well as a counter height dining table. The lounge has three large sofas and a large screen smart tv. The bedroom area has a king bed and good wardrobe space and the adjacent bathroom has shower, wc, vanity and washing machine.
Large double glass sliding doors lead out from the lounge and the kitchen to the pool deck and pool and there are loungers for guest use as well as an outside covered dining patio. There is a shaded jacuzzi area and a BBQ also for guest use.
The apartment is on the lower level of a home and is in a quiet and peaceful location set well back from the main road. The apartment is air conditioned and there is wi-fi available for guest use.
Rates include 14% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax ). There is a Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per day (over five years) payable separately prior to arrival.
