Villa Annalibe is approached from the coastal road between English Harbour and Willoughby Bay and is nestled in a quiet corner of Crawl Bay, cooled by the ever present breezes. Through the main gate a stone walkway leads through the gardens to the villa. On entering there is an instant welcoming feeling of spaciousness within the hall which leads to the central living area, kitchen, and on the other side to the three principal bedrooms of the main house. The Lounge and entertaining space is adjacent to a media lounge and a formal dining room, furnished in a uniquely Italian style. Double glass doors lead onto the covered patio, a stunning relaxing space overlooking the bay, replete with sofas and even a hammock to laze away the hours. The kitchen is beautifully finished with stainless steel appliances, extensive storage and counter space and an adjacent pantry.
The master suite is off the hallway with king bed, sea view and doors to the gardens, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with step in shower and vanity. Off the hallway are two further bedrooms, and walk in closets built into a spacious common hallway. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with doors leading to a patio with a further external tub and shower, and a relaxation area with ocean views. The other is a family room currently with three single beds. There is a house bathroom with shower and linen cupboard. All of the bathrooms are decorated with timeless travertine.
Steps lead back out to the gardens and pool deck and to the two bedroomed guest cottage. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with queen beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and vanity and a large walk in closet.
All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are air conditioned. Close to the parking area and the main gated entrance is a one bedroom self contained guest cottage with bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen, currently used by the concierge for the property.
Villa Annalibe is connected to government electricity and has a large cistern for fresh water storage. There is parking on entering for several vehicles.
