Villa Auriel is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Villa beautifully designed with high-end fittings and furnishings throughout. Located in Red Hill near Willoughby Bay it is situated on a hillside with breathtaking ocean views.

It is only a short drive away from popular English/Falmouth Harbour and famous Nelsons Dockyard, with its night life, restaurants and bars and beautiful beaches such as Pigeon Beach and Galleon Beach.

This Villa is of a Colonial style with ceiling fans throughout, high wooden ceiling and oversize windows. The Villa comes fully furnished, with local handmade teak to “Oka” designs, sunbrella loose covers to all soft furnishings, handmade rugs and original art work.

The main verandah and swimming pool form one large outdoor living space. The verandah is furnished with large teak day beds.  The kitchen is open plan, very modern and fitted with high end stainless steel appliances. Other items also featured are a washing machine, back-up generator and a security alarm system.

Both of the large, well sized bedrooms feature Super King sized four poster beds, air conditioning and both have ensuite bathrooms. There is a well sized utility room/guest toilet, which doubles up as storage space.

The Villa stands on approximately 0.27 of an acre of immaculately landscaped gardens.  The interior, verandah and swimming pool are captivated by stunning views of the clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and there is a constant breeze.

The monthly rental rate is $2,800 USD per month, this includes grounds and pool maintenance. Utility bills are not included. A longer lease of at least 12 months is preferred.
