There is a lovely modern kitchen which is designed open plan with the comfortable living area. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances.

Windows throughout are all double glazed with hurricane resistant glass and mosquito screens. There is a fitted security alarm throughout the property and the home is completed child proof.

Plenty of outdoor space with a large deck and a dining table that seats eight and lounge furniture, there is also a BBQ area with plenty of shade and lots of additional seating. The garden has children’s swings and a trampoline  There is a swimming pool and additionally the pool area has lounge chairs for sunbathing and shade. The yard is also completely fenced with onsite parking.

Another benefit is a back-up generator for any unexpected power outages.  Water is cistern only. Utility room is located under the home with a washing machine.

Included in the monthly rental rate is the Garden and pool maintenance. Electricity and water (when needed) are not included. Cable TV and WiFi are already installed and are included in the monthly rent.
