Treflippen

Treflippen is offered for a long term rental and comprises a two bedroom traditional Caribbean style home and with the option of third bedroom within a guest cottage on a stunning parcel of land with elevated views across Piccadilly, Falmouth and towards the World Heritage site of English Harbour beyond.

The villa is constructed more akin to a Canadian log cabin but with a Caribbean style wrap around covered verandah for out door living and to take in the views and the ever present breezes. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are either side of the living area comprising kitchen and living space with the dining area outside on the verandah. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge, good counter and cabinet space and a breakfast bar. The adjacent guest cottage has a mini kitchenette, small shower room and toilet and has a double bed.
