Off the right side is a suite including full bath. This portion of the home can be entered via its private entryway from the front courtyard. This room is currently used by the owners as a comfortable private office and could easily become a bedroom if desired.

Take a walk through the landscaped path until you reach the separate guest cottage and its outside terrace. This area is an ideal place to relax with friends and enjoy a cocktail, while admiring the ocean views. A car port is just off the lower portion of the main drive way, located behind the main house. One can also enjoy a walk through the beautiful floral gardens below the guest cottage.

The 1.25 acres of landscaped gardens have been designed to surround the lush tropical terraces with color, natural beauty and elegance. The stone work on and around this property is exceptional, carefully designed using flint stone which is a natural resource found on the island.

The use of the St. James’s Club amenities such as the 5 pools, restaurants, two beaches, all non-motorized watercraft, tennis courts, game room, and fitness gym are included.
